Inner peace and inner happiness. To practice daily what I have learnt about living with happiness would be the ultimate accomplishment. Being able to say to myself “right I am going to meditate for 10 minutes” and be able to do it right away would be blissful. To smile through any negative situation I find myself in (such as a conflict at work or frustration in work or a prat who doesn’t indicate on a six exit roundabout) and actually feel calm and centred during and afterward would be amazing. Oh and to play guitar would be pretty awesome too!
